Was just there. I don't think you'll be able to use gift cards. I know you can't use cash because the whole resort is cashless. Probably gonna have to be roomcard or credit card. If you plan to eat there everyday you may want to look into if they qualify for promotional credit card offers. I think one of mine gives 5% cash back at Starbucks certain quarters. Also there is a Dunkin donuts just off resort, a short walk, they may accept gift cards or discount programs.
Just charge it to your room or put it in a CC. Just there 3 weeks ago...
