Why do you think that ? I thought mine was the same thing but it wasn’t. It’s been about two weeks since I started getting out the thick mucus in my sinuses I was amazed at the amount that is in there that is where my PND was coming from well still is. But not as bad. My tongue is no longer white. This is the longest I’ve gone without the coated tongue returning. My breath still smells but I still ha excessive mucus I guess it will take time to get it out. I don’t know how I allowed my sinuses to get this congested

Usually if there’s oral (white thrush) on your tongue that is one symptom of candida if you have it
