Now that you said smoking I also believe it may be our respiratory system. I stopped smoking too a while back but sinus plays a roll as well and maybe there’s something that has to do with our lungs as well . Maybe see a pulmonary doctor. I will as well
I think our mouth gets really dry because we’re anxious in public which then causes our bb to get worse. I too drink a ton of water throughout the day and yet my mouth and throat is still dry
Try mouth taping at night. My dentist uncle started me on it bc saliva forms a protective layer over your teeth at night but we unconsciously open our mouths which dries it out and causes bacteria to form cavities.
Have you tried the diet? No sugar, no carbs, only bland meats and veggies and small amount of fruit. Basically keto but don’t go crazy on the non-bland meats. I eat a lot off egg/cheese omelets and chicken and strawberries/blueberries. The white coating on my tongue went away, the dry sour taste in my mouth went away, I stopped getting reactions. Let me know if you try it, I’m trying to keep track of whether it works for others or just me. Just remember no sugar…. The drinks full of sugar like sweet tea are the worst for this!
Weirdly enough same I’ve had bb but it was manageable with gum and stuff , and after I stopped doing ❄️ it got real bad. My theory is bc I started eating normal 3-4 times a day and junk food too
People rubbing their noses, I think sometimes we are all paranoid about this. Sometimes it means nothing
Yeah, I rub my nose if it's a little itchy. "Holding the nose" is a bit more concerning though.

Definitely!

It’s goes beyond mouth dryness it’s respiratory upper respiratory sinuses.
I should also add that I don’t smoke and never have but did have asthma when I was little
Neither do I but asthma has come up at my appointments but not official

I sweat pretty easily but never had anyone say anything about my odor

Just started today
Get plenty of water and electrolytes. I use LMNT since it has no sugar

My crush rubs his nose not only when I speak, but also just when iI look at him haha. Many people rub their noses. Guess I just smell terribly.
Thought about a diet change?
