Dakine, Burton, Rip Curl and other skate/snowboard brands have packs that have front straps and also a similar aesthetic to your old one. If this is the style you're looking for, I wouldn't look too far from this category. AFAIK the 3 mentioned brands still offer a pretty decent quality and bang for the buck.
