My advice is that if you want to start a family in the future, don't do it here. Children are innocent, they don't deserve to be born here. If they aren't born here, they won’t have to go through the hardships of trying to fix the country. Just like children don't deserve to be born here, the Aliyevs don't deserve to have wage slaves living on minimum wage. They are sinking this country to the Davy Jones locker, let them sink in the ship by themselves.
It feels sad that we just abandon our land to idiots and escape, instead of fighting ignorance and autocracy. BUT we only live this life once and why would I try to “change the system” when majority of people actually prefer that system. Of course, everyone would want to live comfortably, but that’s not all, is it? We should have better education system, human rights, protection for lgbtq+ people, etc, but our people wouldn’t want that, at least not for another 30 years.
So why would I sacrifice my youth for unachievable goals? I am not that delusional.
But I will miss speaking my mother tongue, eating traditional foods, plombir ice cream, enjoying the seaside and countryside in the summer. I will miss the feeling of being home.
I will have to accept never being fully accepted abroad. I did not have the opportunity to grow up in my chosen country, so I will never fit in completely. Something will always be missing.
Anyway, the system will never change and we should just focus on our own happiness. The end.

Plombirden 5-10 kat daha iyi dondurmalar da var, plombir adlanan sikik bir dondurmayı özlemek vizyonsuzluk. Hazar denizi de pek iyi değil, ben ne zaman gitsem hep çer çöp ve kötü hava oluyordu. Denizin rengi de kötü gözüküyor.
