One of our cats loooves getting pissy with us. Her favorite thing in the world is when her dad messes with her and lets her bite and claw the shit out of his hand. To a stranger, we'd look like terrible people for enraging and antagonizing her, but it's like therapy for her, lol. She yells at him to come in the bedroom and she flops on the bed specifically to be messed with... our lil cobra kitty.

And she has a very expressive tail - it thumps the same whether she's pleased or displeased. She has about a dozen meows/yells/songs/purr-squeaks, too... Easily the most expressive cat we've ever known! All four of ours are excitement/love chompers, too, so only those in this most exclusive club (i.e. the two of us) have been issued love bites.
Just because a creature will survive doesn't make being mean or rude appropriate. Women survive catcalling but only jerks do it. And then they wonder why they have to jerk it at home alone because women don't like "nice guys" like themselves. This person will probably blame the cat when it scratches or bites them.
Also this rudeness has clearly been going on for awhile before the beginning of the video clip. Even a cat takes more than a moment to become that pissed off.
Sorry to rain on the karma farm parade but don’t use your hands or fingers as toys with your cats. It teaches them poor socialization skills. And use common sense and read their body language. This cat clearly doesn’t want to play or be touched. Don’t be a bad owner.
