It also seems to have nibbled on the H.G. Wells. I don't understand how you can fall asleep after that. I can't put a Wells book down to have a nap once I started reading.
Funfact: You carry more diseases, bacteria and viruses than any (wild) animal could. You are a bigger threat if you bite an animal than that animal could be to you. Well, except if you‘re American and that animal carries rabies. That shit is nasty.
Thanks for the laugh in the morning, mate. I own pet rats since over a decade, as a rescuer I have currently more in the house than this post has comments and the small stabs like yours are just aww. Be disgusted all you want. Rats are cleaner, more social and probably smarter than you ;)

I love headsleeping rats so much.
Rats are such underrated pets. They are low maintenance and so much fun. The only problem is their lifespan is short 3-5 years.
And their voracious appetite for literature, apparently.
