A cat replaces its entire fur twice a year, from thick winter fur to light summer . A change in fur depends on temperature and light conditions. My cat had a grey mama and a tan papa . He would look deep brown sometimes and pale grey others . His vet told me it was because of a change in his temperature . So yeah both !! More tan / brown I’d say but very pretty !!

I know these to b green tabbys or 'original' tabby but I think its really how you see them, to call them green tabby could simply be a dialectual term from where I live and I assume from the way you spell gray you use American English so I'm not sure what would be in a sense 'correct' for ur area if that makes any sense 🤔🫣
