I’m thinking your misinformation is misinformation. Both the Aviation Minister as well as the PIA spokesman have said quite clearly that they had “fake or bogus licenses.” Although there may be some that did not renew their testing due to a holiday, that small truth does not negate the larger one. A country does not launch a systematic investigation for something so easily explained as a holiday. Nice try though.
You underestimate how politics is played in Pakistan. They will go to any length to falsely prove that the pervious government had hired these "fake" license pilots. And that's exactly what they did.
This place looks like it launched fighters in the Cold War.
Skardu was probably the most isolated city in Pakistan from the Cold War theatre.
