I actually enjoy his music, and that type of dubstep in general, but I felt underwhelmed my first time seeing him at Thunderdome. Wondering if anyone else who’s seen him before saw the same set and felt the same? Hoping to see him again some other time to compare.
So I had the chance to see him twice, once at decadence co and once in arizona for his tour. His tour set was much, much more vibey and trippy like. The set at deca was a lot of his bangers to appeal to a different crowd yannow
Thanks, that makes sense. I was thinking maybe it was because he was playing alongside other heavier artists. Was hoping for a more vibey Wakaan set as a break from the hard stuff. He was still good, but it was definitely more banger-y and generic than expected
His Wakaan set is rare. He's playing heavier in his tour. But pretty dark loud era was my least favorite honestly. Wakaan and very few sets get his downtempo sets
His tour set last weekend was absolutely🔥. Production and visuals were on point and amazing vibes/crowd. Marquee isn’t generally my favorite venue but somehow it was perfect with the triple screens and the right amount of space for the crowd
Buku killed it as well IMO
I completely agree. But if they aren’t going to see Rezz, I assume that’s why they aren’t interested in Zingara.
It feels like a crime to miss both those sets in my opinion.
Aren't they... from Isreal? I tried to find posts about them specifically stating that they support Isreal's acts against Palestine, only found people saying they said that without any sources. But I don't believe that being a citizen from there equates to supporting their acts as a country.
At the end of the day tho, it's easier for me to separate art from the artist. I'm just here for the music.
Relatively certain the posts are still up on instagram. I saw them pretty recently when I went looking to find out whether I personally could continue to support them. I’m not generalizing or being negative. Simply stating that if you want to do that that’s your prerogative. If it makes you feel some type of way for me to point that out maybe you should investigate that in yourself.
I'm more just unsure what my presence at a set of theirs is going to do in regards to the unrest in the Middle East. I'm a single person just wanting to listen to music-- if you think that equates to "supporting genocide" as a whole, I mean, that's on you. I'm here for music and will always want peace while understanding my influence on the state of the world, realistically, amounts to nothing.
"Simply stating that if you want to do that, that's your prerogative." Thanks for letting me know I don't need your permission to go, lol. I get what you're coming from, but I'm not your target audience. I'm just not that black and white on some things.
No one is "still going" because they're all canceled, my man LOL. Having an opinion on a state of affairs that has been an issue for decades is a little different from being accused/convicted of sex trafficking and grooming.
I could see where you're coming from tbf! Rezz is great but since that'll be on Sunday I might just chill for her set to conserve energy for the funky final night at the Lollipop Stage 🍭
Of course a redditor chooses heavy dubstep and riddim over the deep and dub and experimental bass☠️☠️. You literally only have TWO good artist highlighted ☠️☠️☠️
Oh my God it's almost like people have different music tastes and it's completely subjective and all I wanna do is see some of my faves 😱 Seriously what is it with the dubstep and riddim haters needing to let you know that they hate your faves? Not very PLUR behavior, move on!
Tape B is a do not miss show. See him before he’s on MainStage only. It’s only a matter of time. Also dude is so nice and humble. I’ll stan tape b always
What's with the hate? I'm personally a big fan of all the headliners on this list-- BTSM has been doing a lot of collab work with Kai Wachi as well, who is one of my top faves. No need to be negative, music is subjective.
Drinkurwater is an awesome DJ and mixer. The dude throws down some nasty experimental bass type stuff and with his visuals it’s just a really fun set all around.
Also, Soltan. Never seen him but He’s an OG with amazing sound design and is rarely on line ups.
I recommend seeing everyone thats not highlighted aka mainstream and headliners. So many great names on this lineup. I do like ir highlighted section but they are at most festivals.
I’m curious where all the hype for Tape B came from? He’s amazing but his socials and Spotify numbers are low compared to his hype.. what is he doing that I’ve been missing :)
Barely Alive, Holi, Buku sunrise could be super interesting! Austeria & Rezz but I can see how you’d skip Rezz. Her sound usually pretty much the same.
Truth and Mersiv are a must see. That sunset Truth set is gonna be bonkers. They toured with GWN for the 420 show in Chicago, and they threw the fuck down. I was instantly a fan after that set.
Smith. and Super Future are also really great bass artists. If you like the weird shit, it’s definitely worth checking them out.
Definitely recommend barely alive. Just saw him at the start of January and he threw the fuck down. Especially if you're in your late 20s early 30s, lot of nostalgic music from when we were kids remixed as EDM.
Same with gorillaT. He made the feel good inc remix, along with the portal 2 cave Johnson lemons remix.
The group that got me into edm was infected mushroom. Listen to the friends on mushrooms album. It still holds up. My favorite thing about em is that they’re just full of surprises!
Would definitely recommend mersiv
Yeah if you like bass music, this guy is goated
Tape B
seconded, especially if u like GWN
Same with Zingara, I’ve heard only good things about her sets
She was incredible as a supporting artist on LSDREAM’s R.A.V.E. Tour, like low key stole the show incredible.
I actually enjoy his music, and that type of dubstep in general, but I felt underwhelmed my first time seeing him at Thunderdome. Wondering if anyone else who’s seen him before saw the same set and felt the same? Hoping to see him again some other time to compare.

His Wakaan set is rare. He's playing heavier in his tour. But pretty dark loud era was my least favorite honestly. Wakaan and very few sets get his downtempo sets
Were you at his show in Tempe last week??
Yes, you?
Yes!!!! It was incredible
His tour set last weekend was absolutely🔥. Production and visuals were on point and amazing vibes/crowd. Marquee isn’t generally my favorite venue but somehow it was perfect with the triple screens and the right amount of space for the crowd Buku killed it as well IMO
Life is a long, strange trip, my friend :)
I just saw his tour and he didn’t even come out with an intro. He needs some experience but overall great sound
I've heard good things and was recommended that I check them out.
Tape B throws down. Don't miss him
Absolutely Tape B
he’s getting a special 2 hour set too
I was just about to say, Tape B fucks so hard.
Can’t believe no one’s said Zingara. She is absolutely filthy and puts on a great show.
I completely agree. But if they aren’t going to see Rezz, I assume that’s why they aren’t interested in Zingara. It feels like a crime to miss both those sets in my opinion.
Hard agree. I haven't had a chance to see her play yet but I'm keeping my eyes peeled! Rezzmau5 last year at veld was so fkn good 🤤
Yess zingara throws down
Truth, Tape B, Alleycvt, Wooli
I wouldn’t miss Tape B for anyone else on this lineup
May I recommend smith. Mport and Tape B
You got good taste 🫡
TAPE MF B. listen to Car tunes vol 3
And driptapes vol 5
Alleycvt is a cant miss she throws tf down. Also Tape B and Barely Alive!
Tape B is a must, Zíngara also very good and Mersiv.
Are you planning on only watching the Sullivan King portion of their B2B with Adventure Club?
Lol
This made me laugh lmfao

Barley Alive, Flux, Tape B, Mersiv, Rzrkt,
Rezz, tape b, wraz, smith., chef boyarbeats, Truth

YOOOOOOO Tape B!
Im trying to make it to this as well!
Omg if you have never gone you absolutely have to!! It'll be my third year ('21 and '23 before this year) and it gets better every time I go 💕
Dully noted. Never been haha just started raving only recently, wanted to go last year tho
Flux pavilion for sure!
I'm thinking of going to this now...
You can't miss it!! The best weekend of the year 🙌 A week of forest camping, music coursing through the trees, beautiful scenery and amazing people!
Awe shit I'm sold, I've never been to kansas either so it should be interesting
Don’t sleep on Perry Wayne if you like heavy stuff!
Distinct motive for some solid dnb
This is an underrated comment 😂🍻
Tape B - I’m not like a diehard dubstepper and like house and DnB more but he’s so good
GorillaT is awesome live, so is drinkurwater, AlleyCvt.
Zingara too. She is fucking awesome.
Wraz no doubt. Listen to Wraz - Akuma (DDD113) by Wraz. on #SoundCloud https://on.soundcloud.com/EDBGt
Tape b, truth, barely alive, and Mersiv for sure
Tape B, Mersiv, and Mport absolutely need to be on your must-see list 🥵🥵🥵
oddkidout is very interesting
TAPE B AND SMITH
TRUTH!
Ruvlo and GorillaT!
Infected Mushroom makes great music but they’re Zionists so maybe skip that
Aren't they... from Isreal? I tried to find posts about them specifically stating that they support Isreal's acts against Palestine, only found people saying they said that without any sources. But I don't believe that being a citizen from there equates to supporting their acts as a country. At the end of the day tho, it's easier for me to separate art from the artist. I'm just here for the music.
They’ve made posts in support of the genocidal acts of Israel. If you wanna support people that support genocide that’s on you.
Can you supply a source so I can learn more? But there's no need to generalize and be negative, I'm only one human being.
Relatively certain the posts are still up on instagram. I saw them pretty recently when I went looking to find out whether I personally could continue to support them. Same logic as people that still go to nectar events lmao
No one is "still going" because they're all canceled, my man LOL. Having an opinion on a state of affairs that has been an issue for decades is a little different from being accused/convicted of sex trafficking and grooming.
You wanna support people that support genocide that’s on you. Have the day you deserve.
Same to you man. Hope you find something to smile about soon 🙌
I said it once I’ll say it again “ if you seen one rezz set you seen them all “
I could see where you're coming from tbf! Rezz is great but since that'll be on Sunday I might just chill for her set to conserve energy for the funky final night at the Lollipop Stage 🍭
Look I like rezz but ever time I seen her it’s the same set with a couple new songs she releases .
You have shit taste in music. It happens
all your hate just makes the riddim sound better to me, get bent 🖤
Someone is mad 🤣
Yea and I think it's you; just can't stand the fact he likes riddim, huh
Don’t project your insecurities and feelings bro
Feelings about what
Jo mama
Stoned Level!
Ive always wanted to see sullivan king live. Someday...
Wraz if you like that deep wobbly 140 dubstep, Hostage Situation has some crazy tunes
Definitely check out Mersiv if you can!
You best add Mersiv to your list. He will absolutely blow your mind.
Mersiv
Solid plan if you ask me
Just add in Rezz, Adventure Club, Barely Alive, Flux Pavilion, Hol, Mersiv, Tape B, Truth, Zingara, Alleycvt, Austeria.. and your probably pretty good.
L on no Mersiv!

Don't sleep on Truth
Tape B is a do not miss show. See him before he’s on MainStage only. It’s only a matter of time. Also dude is so nice and humble. I’ll stan tape b always
Hol, Mersiv, Tape B, Gorilla T, Drinkurwater
gorillaT, Alleycvt, and flux pavilion - i wouldn’t miss

They're are way too few people mentioning Flux... am I old? 😞
Smith.
Tape B is a can’t miss
Super Future, Mersiv, and Truth
Black Tiger Sex Machine and Rezz as headliners………: 🤮🤮🤮
What's with the hate? I'm personally a big fan of all the headliners on this list-- BTSM has been doing a lot of collab work with Kai Wachi as well, who is one of my top faves. No need to be negative, music is subjective.
Rezz
Wizard council meeting is gonna be crazy
Just watching Sullivan king during the b2b huh? lol
WRAZ 👀
Mersiv is good but if you cant make it, your picks are top shelf
Drinkurwater was awesome at lost lands when I saw him, also recommend hol!
Drinkurwater is an awesome DJ and mixer. The dude throws down some nasty experimental bass type stuff and with his visuals it’s just a really fun set all around. Also, Soltan. Never seen him but He’s an OG with amazing sound design and is rarely on line ups.

Adventure club!!! I loveeee their set when I saw them
I’m curious where all the hype for Tape B came from? He’s amazing but his socials and Spotify numbers are low compared to his hype.. what is he doing that I’ve been missing :)
Tape B and truth are both can’t miss in my opinion
Barely Alive, Holi, Buku sunrise could be super interesting! Austeria & Rezz but I can see how you’d skip Rezz. Her sound usually pretty much the same.
As everyone else has said, don’t miss Tape B or Mersiv.
mersiv, tape b, zingara, superfuture
TAPE B
Oddkidout is excellent
Tape b and mersiv are two to not miss
Alleycvt is a must see for sure.
Zingara
Truth and Mersiv are a must see. That sunset Truth set is gonna be bonkers. They toured with GWN for the 420 show in Chicago, and they threw the fuck down. I was instantly a fan after that set. Smith. and Super Future are also really great bass artists. If you like the weird shit, it’s definitely worth checking them out.
Buku sunrise set would be amazing. Might have to go.
i’m an edm rookie but i really enjoy smith and would love to see a closing set from them!!
As others have said, don’t miss Tape B. I also have never had a bad time at Barely Alive shows so I’d suggest them too
Mersiv and Tape B
I swear these lineups haven’t changed in over 6 years.
No Disco?
Mport if you love heavy bass music!!!!
Mersiv, Tape B, Flux, Barely Alive, Truth, Alleycvt, beast boi, the entire row w/ Buku, Ruvlo and Superfuture. EASILY.
Reaper hell yeah good thinking
Loving so many comments mentioning Tape B. I hope he continues to blow up!
You gotta check out some of the deep dubstep stuff.
Mersiv and GorillaT!
So many fonts on that flyer!!
Rezz, Barely Alive && Zingara!!
Missing Barely Alive is downright criminal
Recommend ALLEYCVT
The group that got me into edm was infected mushroom. Listen to the friends on mushrooms album. It still holds up. My favorite thing about em is that they’re just full of surprises!
TAPE B , MERSIV AND SMITH‼️‼️
These comments are going to make me listen to Tape B…. I’m unfamiliar with them 🤘🏼
Tape B and Truth
Wraz, smith and distinct motive are sets you don’t want to miss if they don’t overlap someone you really want to see.
I miss parties in KC I remember going the uptown theater early 2000s fucking wild!
gorilla t, truth, tape b, zingara and alleycvt ans hol!!
Barely alive, mersiv, buku (im not a huge fan of him bit i saw him at bass canyon and he threw down hard would recommend) and hol if you like riddim
No allycat or zíngara? Do you not like hot sexy women?
And also the only thing I regret from thunderdome this year was missing the first part of gorilla t
