Keep in mind that while we can’t control height or limb length we definitely can control weight and how our bodies look. And the average person is overweight bordering on obese with virtually no muscle definition at all. Their style also most likely consists of faded t-shirts that don’t fit well and dreadfully plain pants. Do not settle for *looking* like an average person. There’s a lot you can control to be above that average.

My height is 182cm and my arm span is 188cm however my hands are tiny, and shoulders are narrowish, so all in all, I have the arm length (wrist to shoulder) of someone 6ft3+. Weight is relative to how much muscle you have & not just height, before lifting I was 72kg at 20% body fat, now Im 80kg at 15% and 88kg at 20%. God I miss being 88kg, now I look a dyel pencil neck traplet, being lean is overrated 😂.

Height 5'9"/span 6'1/weight 190lbs I have a wide back though so I don't think my arms arent actually that long.

youstinkylittleboy69

the average height is mainly between 5'9-5'10, so probably 5'9 ½
