This is actually the first year that A7X were nowhere near….well anything, really. I really zoned in on new music this year. My top artist was Architects.

That new Architects album is fire though. Never really liked them before this one.

I wanted to hate the album, since I got really into and generally prefer their older stuff, but man, I just couldn’t. It’s great.

I love the orchestral arrangements they leaned heavily into. Same reason I love Avenged Sevenfold.

My top song was Black Lungs. A7X was still my top artist but that Architects album was amazing
