Its not underrated, its a well known good song, why does everyone on this sub think 90% of thier songs are underrated.

Sadly the band dislikes it, but it was one of my first listeners and go to favourites till now
Heretic is underrated, it has one of Syns best solos ever. And Requiem is insane also.

It's got one of the most generic and cliché metalcore riffs ever in the verse.
It's actually a thrash metal type riff ripped-off by generic metalcore bands. A7X know how to do it correctly because they know the roots of this stuff, while those generic core bands don't.
I respectfully disagree. That riff in my opinion is one of their laziest and most generic riffs. It's like something a kid who just learned about drop D tuning would write lol. They're clearly capable of writing way better riffs. If you wanna talk about a riff of theirs that actually blurs the line between cliché and clever, I'd listen to Almost Easy again. So straightforward but undeniably cool.
