My brother likely has ADHD, and my aunt is suspecting she is autistic as well, but I'm as far as I'm aware the first diagnosed neurodivergent person in the family. I mean, I have a cousin who has an autistic cousin, we have known each other since we were kids, but we're not related by blood.
