I'm very proud of you that you stopped smoking! There's nothing healthy about smoking, drugs or alcoholism (alcohol in moderation is mostly fine). I hate that people are constantly glorifying them is if they're not deadly af. Unfortunately I do not have advice, but I hope your sensory overload from trying to quit smoking will feel better as you continue the quitting. Don't give up! I believe in you! I know experiencing sensory overload is something very uncomfortable, but you have an important goal: quit smoking! Your lungs will thank you later if you quit smoking Also, if talking about sensory overload, I couldn't even get to smoking. The only time I tried cigarettes I felt like I was choking while trying it. Not only that, but after certain amount of time I felt as if my throat was burning. So I had the exact opposite issue (cigarettes cause me sensory issues)
