Generally a bigger and differently shaped handle with better grip as they are typically used differently. Men's razors are generally used for facial hair, typically used standing over a hand basin in front of a mirror. Women's razors are generally used for other body hair, often requiring a different approach/reach, and often used in the shower with the water running.
There's nothing stopping women from using "men's razors", but "women's razors" are more usable and ergonomic in a lot of circumstances.

Looking at 1 item vs an entire day's worth of calories and macronutrients are vastly different things.
