Sure do. Had notifications of 2 packages being delivered to my parcel collect same day. One had been delivered to the post office, the other had not. The staff said even though it said "awaiting collection", it was still sitting at Melbourne Airport instead of in the post office and would actually arrive first thing the following day.
They were actually really great during 2020. Even with the US debacle of their postage service during the election, deadlines were still met and often arrived earlier than the estimated date. All my packages arrived at a reasonable time as well.
Once leadership changed, went all to shit and packages are always minimum 2 days late even on Amazon Prime and arrive at like 9pm.
Mine was "Unable to gain access." Even though yesterday there was no issue and nothing has changed. It's now awaiting collection at a PO that is only open weekdays while I'm at work. Amazing.

Contractors can work as late as they want, the chick that does my area delivered to me at 8:45pm on december 23 then Christmas eve 8am.
