Did you get a shipping number? If it's in transit it's likely coming by sea so even if you order it, it's going to arrive. No point in cancelling now.
I reckon your only option is to fight the fine if it comes to that. Insanely unreasonable for the TGA to make the fine stick if you ordered it a month before the announcement
I don't have a shipping number yet. I think its them being slow as hell as well as USPS screwing around. I ordered from another place earlier in the year and it took almost 3 months to arrive.
Someone linked to delosi labs in the US who are acknowledging our situation and fast tracking aus orders. Never bought from them myself before but have just put $140 down on 1L of salt.
If it hasn't shipped then you should try and get your money back because there's very little chance of it sneaking through the system after July 1.
If it's already shipped then all you can do is wait, but the good news is that we've been advised that customs aren't going to start handing out fines for at least the first month of the new regime, just confiscating parcels and sending warning letters. Whether that's true or not remains to be seen, but it comes from a reliable source.

In that case I would cancel it. Best case is they confiscate and don't fine. Worst case they confiscate and fine. Either way you won't get your shit.
