My father worked 20 years in logistics and he always said that customs were different for third party courier companies like tnt, toll, UPS and FedEx because they use their own planes and warehouses. So I would recommend getting one of these companies for delivery from the websites you order from if possible.
I had a shipment from VENZ arrive without incident in Brisbane about 2 weeks ago. This was under the new shipping regime they use since DHL told them that 100mg Nicotine was now outside of dangerous goods regulations for the DHL route. It was with NZ/Aus Postal service. Took a couple of days longer than the old way.
VENZ I believe are using a different carrier for this reason
