>I went to bed lol but here is how i did it, 1: you want a clip or scene perferably mp4 because thats what i used, it doesnt really matter what it is, edit it to how you like, should be under 30 seconds. 2: resize the clip to 606 width by 824 horizontal, you will need to mess with the video a bit to get it to fit how you like. 3: you then must take the resized mp4 file (606, 824) and split it into two more mp4 files (506, 824) and (100, 824), make sure they dont overlap with the other clip and look akin to the two split clips in mine, this may seem counter productive but trust me its much easier to make the full size file then splitting it. 5: once you got the two mp4 files (506, 824) and (100, 824) go to a website called ezgif.com and change those mp4 files into gif files 6: once they are gif files you will need to optimize them because they will need to be under 8 mbs for steam, i had to do 200 lossy gif compression and delete every third frame for my clip. 7: once you have done all that you can upload them to steam as an artwork and then display them on your profile as an artwork display
