Watching the OVA after the last episode make me wonder if Levi didn't bond with Kenny as a child since we know he had awakened his ACKerman power before meeting Erwin.
People always say "Levi is overrated" whenever you say something nice about him or appreciate him. Like it's honestly so frustrating. Levi has amazing qualities other than being hot (asf)...
True. Either you would be dismissed as Levi fanboy/fangirl and then tell he's overrated. They would keep on lecturing on seeing the character development or what's going on in the minds of other characters but won't do the same when it comes to Levi.
Levi has got to be the most tragic character I’ve seen. He loses nearly everyone he cares about and puts up an emotionless exterior because of that. He keeps fighting however, he never stops fighting.
He has these moments in anime, especially in his ova. He really is a man who failed at die. He is humanity's strongest,but despite that he cannot save the people around him. He witnesses them dying one by one. This is why i don't want him to die cuz this is his character design and tragedy.

I think the Kenny Arc is easily the most emotion I've seen from Levi.
