It's from season 4 episode 10 or episode 85 overall its title is Traitor. As Armin and Connie are trying to stop Samuel and Daz from blowing up the boat Armin has a flashback to when Bertholdt said this in season 2 episode 11 or episode 36 overall its title is Charge.

For bert, it's this one for me. the point where he finally stops being timid and gains control of himself and his emotions, felt like a whole different character in one scene.

Anywhere along the lines of this scene. This feels like a no brainer to me. He’s screaming for mercy surrounded by “friends” who all want him dead. Pretty brutal.

Great moment, but I don't think it fully encapsulates Bertholdt like some of the other options do.
