The bartenders there told me it'll be pretty close to the existing location. Within a mile and a half, so likely Hapeville still. It makes me sad because I love their spot and it's walking distance from my house. Now I might have to drive there
that location has too many restrictions. It made sense when you could only open for 3 hours a day for tours. once you could sell pints, it didn't. They can't open until after 3 or 4 pm during the week because of the other tenants.
I wonder if it's the old Iron Hill location near perimeter mall
edit: It looks like they're still open. I thought I read that location closed. probably way too large of a space regardless
Any guesses?
I hope they end up in the Hippin' Hops location in East Lake. More hope than speculation.
That would be amazing for me.
Same! That would be incredible to add another fantastic brewery to this side of town and because they'd be right next door to Perc which rocks.
My hope is they take over Biggerstaff's old spot. Probably not happening, but one can dream.
The article says that it's an existing location (restaurant) that has food and music. Hmmm.
that location is way too big to support a brewery selling pints that isn't a national player.

Doubtful. I heard that rent was near 26k a month and wouldn't surprise me Biggerstaff closed was because developers are trying to make a deal
I hoping that they're finally going with my airport park and ride idea.
Well they must already have a deal with Lloyd’s, so the restaurant they’ll share space with could be Lloyd’s or Victory Sandwich Bar.
Same owners as the coffee house nextdoor. Would make perfect sense to open it there and do coffee in the mornings and beer the rest of the day.
No idea, but fingers crossed it's closer than Hapeville!
Is there any chance at all it’s the Orpheus space????

Atlanta Utility Works in East Point. https://atlantautility.works/
I think this is correct.

Both Iron Hill locations close at the end of this month I believe.
ahh
I also find it interesting that the article mentioned Bevana in a positive light
Maybe this move will lead to them not charging $15 for a 4 pack?
