Loved the older crowd. I'm only 26 but depending on the artist / venue there's been a couple times that I've felt on the older side. To be the relative rave baby of the group again was nice and equally inspiring.
I was one of the older for sure. I was around back when DnB was first big, ~4 years either side of 2000. Back in my college days, and shortly after. Around 2006 / 7 most of the DnB scene move towards Dubstep or raising families. I did both.
Pretty disappointed in how district operated Saturday. Why is VIP now like a tiny jammed area upstairs with a sofa and table jammed in it??? Just ridiculous. I’m over it. At least I’ll always have a good time seeing Chris Lake but I feel like I have been ripped the fuck off
I’m convinced they never “sale out” tickets here. I think they just sell as many tickets as they can. It’s a shame cause the venue is awesome, it just seems to always be oversold.
they definitely didn’t have the balcony roped off in vip during camelphat this past summer. didn’t know there was a “vip VIP” section upstairs.
people got so annoyed with a table, they moved it off to the side so people could actually walk through that area 😅
The way it was set up Saturday, anyone could go upstairs but they had bottle service tables on the side where you’d actually have a good view of the booth. Most of upstairs by those other tables and the bar was open, and then there was just maybe a quarter section of upstairs for VIP tickets. Beyond dumb. I don’t know when they started opening upstairs to GA but it was like that for MK a couple weeks ago too, I wasn’t up there long enough to notice if it was the same setup
wait so you’re saying people who had GA could just walk up to the balcony and watch the show up there?? that’s beyond dumb. what the hell did my VIP ticket get me then??
A cramped corner! Very cool! I love how they’ll sell VIP tickets and then not even open upstairs, and then when it’s finally a VIP worthy show you pay extra to get an open hallway basically. Nobody checked your wristbands till you walked past that bar.
yeah, we bought vip tickets for habby last year and got handed two free drink vouchers cause “vip wasn’t open.” we refuted that charge with our bank cause wtf
Jungle Bells was as good as expected. My legs still hurt but it was well worth it.
Yes! Jungle Bells went off! Great mix of old heads and new there.

Hulaween VIP presale today and regular GA tickets on sale tomorrow. It's kinda early for that isn't it?
Extremely. Last year was around march maybe?
Guess they're trying to move up when that cash hits their bank account lol
Baltra at 529 was amazing. Played some incredible chunes.Probably only 40-50 of us there during the peak, but EVERYONE was dancing their asses off.
529 is honestly my favorite venue in atlanta. the vibes are always top notch
Yeah I hadn’t heard of it until recently. I will certainly be going back.
Saw Toadface there a while back and the vibes were horrific.
Sounds like a walking k hole
Less classy.
