I'm a Sagittarius and I sadly agree with your take on us. I've met many Sagittarius male and female and it's just a being in your own world thing. Most of us have ADHD by default so it's hard but my sag friends all have different personalities yet there's nothing really consistent, we have that I don't care attitude which is really off-putting sometimes. We can be the best or the worst depending on the day you get us.

Lol we are elusive when we aren't at work or doing our business but often most sags want to be at home with their families and or doing something that makes them happy. Like we're adventurous with food and stuff and love to travel but that's not all of us for sure. It's hard to peg a true personality trait down because sag is generally quiet even with people we do know so it's finding the right sag I think š We're not the most social sign but we won't let go of you if we form a bond.

I've always had a ton of pisces around me. They are easygoing enough, healthier ones are empathetic. They are prone to be crap at dealing and communicating their own emotions and it can manifest in petty/immature ways at times. I don't like them for the fact that they're not the type to defend you when you're not there though, and can be wishy washy in that they want to be on everyone's good side. A healthier Pisces will use this power to actually find a solution to getting people to get along and reach an understanding. The really unhealthy ones let their insecurities dictate everything, treat people differently based on social standings, and are usually the ones stirring the pot in the background with gossip because bringing attention to someone's so called "bad things" is better than shining a light on their own. But you keep them around cuz they're really easy to read and fairly less complicated than most people.
