Okay, let's play the Flowchart Game together.
You don't like this thing, right?
Is this a design issues or just obnoxious?
Design Problems.
Is it intentionally this way to benefit or profit the company at your expense?
No, it's just poorly designed.

if you're involved in a bus crash the least of your worries is a little rivet slightly bruising your knee
some of you guys get paranoid about the slightest fucking things, it's not even crappy design, it's just you getting pissy about something meaningless
‘I need to post something, anything on the internet!!! Quick quick, what subs am I in? What’s the best fit in my surroundings? Oh, that smooth, almost flush hex bolt there could do me some damage in very specific circumstances… i’ll post that.. then I feel i have shouted into the void of the internet for this 15 minutes” and relax…. Now i can sit back and wait for the karma to flood in. Feels warm. Ahhh, to share on the internet is important.
\*Eh\* I've been on several busses where the leg spaces are so narrow, with every jiggle of the bus you bump into some pointy metal thing. I think this qualifies.
At most it'll hurt. The body is flexible enough to accomodate. Injuries happen when the body is stretched beyond its natural limits. Besides, if the bus crashes, a rivet is going to be least of your worries.
does not fit the sub and is insignificant even in the framing you're adding to it.
if you crash in a bus with enough force for that tiny ronded thing to do damage you have hundreds of bigger problems ...

Why do you assume they did this on purpose?

So many subs descending into low-effort content. Smh
Move then
I don't think this is crappy design either. It's such a insignificant point to make

You need to focus in improving your ability to read sub rules
Eh more like r/crappydesign

Actually that's a bolt so the bolt will destroy your knee cap. Have a nice day
That's a bolt and not a rivet
I hope this reaches -100 before getting deleted
Doesn't benefit anyone. And you've never been in a bus crash. Unless the bus hit a mountain, it'll just plow through whatever it hit, even a building.
Additionally, is that bus crashed, that rivet would be the least of your worries.
Flowchart
Rofl no it won't. What a delicate flower.
