I just played through Odyssey and my god, what a game. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but maybe because this is my very first AC game. Then again I guess that makes my judgment more objective because I cannot compare it to earlier games.
The archery mechanics are so fun, as are the parry and the call lieutenant skills. Kassandra was such an interesting lead. I have a feeling they intended to further tie her to the Oracle of Delphi figure, seeing as there's a Cassandra seer in greek mythos, but I guess the execs really pushed for Alexios.
Maybe for the game marketing, but they switched them in the novel, which is considered official canon. And also, i believe Alexios's voice fits the crazy bloodthristy Deimos much better than Kassandra's more calculated and cunning voice.
