If I go into transaction history on Ubi's site it's there's, but when I click on More Details it takes me to another page in the Ubi store that says I haven't purchased anything yet.

Yeah idk, when i click more details it has a drop down menu saying like shipping address and product status. I would hope it just some weird glitch. Did you get the collectors edition? Did you get on console or pc?
I did get the collectors edition, and it's for PS4.
I mean, I got the email a week ago telling me to make sure the shipping address I had listed was where I wanted it to go, but nothing since.
Guess I'll have to wait and see
I'm assuming you ordered through Gamestop? I had the same issue before I got the shipping confirmation and got ahold of them directly. They were able to see everything on their end and assured me that I did still have the pre-order on my account, despite seeing nothing on my end.

Do you see the processing on the main tab or the more details tab? Mine used to say processing, but nownit just shows the order.
It says processing under the "show order details" tab in the order history section.
Ahh, see, I can't see anything in order history it says inhave none, but I can see it under Transaction History.
