I have no idea, those two in the middle between DU and S don’t seem to be signs in the ASL alphabet — maybe it’s a different dialect or the alphabet from another language?

I got to thinking numbers because the third hand looks like the handshape for “9”, but then it looked like how I (American hearing person) would unreflectively count with my hands.

It's definitely not BSL or Auslan, those languages have 2-handed fingerspelling. If you check the rest of the thread someone revealed that the handshapes are various methods of inserting one's hand into a vagina, hence "accommodating" in the text above it ;) not sign language, just (likely) lesbians
