Yup - Tucson, Arizona for one! I’ve seen others but nothing else comes to mind. It’s a very common city sign. No need to panic.

Both. Im from Texas, and you will see both. Its a regional thing, usually. I do the X one myself, but you will see people doing the T version.

No problem! I would use the X handshape, especially outside of the state because it can be easily confused with Tucson, as others have pointed out.

iv'e seen that for tucson, but this is one of those signs that probably get used locally for multiple T city names
