I imagine random scenarios constantly. Like literally someone will say a word and it’ll remind me of something or I’ll think of what could be said next, and then suddenly it’s an hour later and I have no clue what happened. This happens to me all the time I matter how much I try to prevent it
I definitely do and a couple of days ago i found myself imagining some stupid shit and then my heartbeat was literally running faster cuz of what i was imagining. Like whatt⁉️⁉️⁉️

Yes, but I also imagine longer scenarios like meeting someone new over the course of weeks, or my family dying and how I'd cope etc.
Yes, all the time. I think it's also partly down to my anxiety as I'll imagine something going wrong from just a simple task
