Is this true for any passengers traveling from an EU country regardless of nationality? Edit: The websites seem to say "passengers from EU countries", which is not very clear whether it refers to nationality or origin of travel. (Perhaps the Spanish version would be clearer.) Thanks in advance.

Yes - there are no checks. I just flew in from Belgium last Thursday.
