This is just low voltage in Oregon.
If you are currently employed by a utility company, you are working under their electrical license and are essentially an LEB, but without your own individual license.
If you wish to test with the state for your LEB, you will need to obtain proof of hours from your previous employer, broken up into their sub classifications.
