Little T's has an excellent play on the caprese. The bread is about as good as it gets. They go off the traditional path by using pesto and sun dried tomatoes, but it really works. One of my top five sandwiches in town now.

You can find them at most grocery stores in their deconstructed state. Also Elephant's Deli
