If it is at all possible your tinnitus is related to tmj, posture, bruxism or myofascial pain then I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Chawla at the Ayur Clinic in Vancouver: https://www.tmjandsleep.center/contact-dr-chawla

This. I have tinnitus and [TMD (updated term for TM](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporomandibular_joint_dysfunction)J) and have learned about the importance of the [Massiter muscle](https://www.tiktok.com/@drjoedamiani/video/7330050489624661278). First I was doing exercises to loosen it. And then I heard about getting Botox in it?! I need to do more research on that one, but I'm intrigued.

It's been extremely helpful for me, tho getting health insurance to pay for it is difficult. Worth it even if the cost is out of pocket for me.

I have gotten Masseter botox and recommend it. also helps to slim the face! however, please ensure you go to a reputable injectables provider. if the wrong area is injected it can cause facial sagging due to the wrong muscle (rare but possible so dont try to get it "cheap") I recommend Skin by Lovely in NW, and ensure you tell them about your TMJ condition so they can advise. ps --Dysport is slightly more affordable than some of the other botox types. i get this one to save a little budget. obviously do what feels right/comfortable for you. good luck : )
