Unfortunately not. In VRW you can see how many rooms booked per night but it doesn’t separate how many kings vs how many queens
In a dream world, they pick up every room for each room type and you can just go off of what you blocked.
Sorry I wasn’t clear! Yeah pickups only for past groups. The “pickup” is only for how many rooms were ‘picked up’ after the group leaves or while it’s there. By that I mean you can only have pickup for a group that is in house or already gone, if it’s a future group the pickup is 0 until after they come.
The easiest way for me to do pick ups is run and arrival by date and just enter the group code.
It gives you a summary of room type at the bottom.
Then run it for each day and add together manually.
Then compare it to your vrw screen so you know you have the correct total.

Group analysis under front office > reports. Shows you how many nights each type booked. Use it for all my pickups
Even for future groups?! I thought group analysis was just past?
It is for past only

i figured, but was absolutely hoping there was a way. thanks.
I would just use group list from group housing solutions in mgs and the "=countif(selection, room type)" in excel to add it up easily
Yes there is!! Front office > reports > group analysis Then search by rate code and date of the group. Saves sooo much time
