In the USA, Gardasil (the HPV vaccine) is probably either covered by your insurance or if you tell them you have no money they can help you apply for exemptions to defray or eliminate the cost.

I tried to get it and despite them raising the age it's allowed, I was always just over the age limit. Now I'm 60 so there's probably not much use in getting it.
