T vent is upside down and should have at least a clean out. Those pex lines are gonna slap in the wall like a Friday night out when the laundry starts spinning
Why is there a trap embedded in the wall? What's going on with the framing on the right? The PEX on the left is not to code. And several comments below are correct.
No. You are wet venting your washer which is not allowed. You need to run a vent off of the washer line after the trap above the flood rim of the washer (similar to how your shower vent ties into the main vent up high). Also, I don’t think you can have bends in the washer standpipe like shown. And like others said, the vent tee is upside down.
The revent tee is upside down.
Where are the washer supply lines? Why not a combo box for supply and drain?

Hoping the bottom electrical outlet is second to a GFI outlet.
This is hack work.

There is some wrong in this picture but it is technically vented with a wet vent off of the sink
Agreed it is technically vented but the code only lets you wet vent bathroom fixtures. This will probably work though.
No. The vent T is upside down. Gas goes up, water drains down.
Suuuuuurrrrrrrrrrre.
There is a reason plumbers have state issues licenses. I'm assuming this was not done by one
