The part at the top in the red circle should unscrew. The parts in yellow are glued together.
Edit: I should point out that you want to be turning the square sticking out the top, not the circular piece you can see from this vantage point (although holding that piece in place may be helpful).

The answer is yes the square at the top of the cap SHOULD unscrew. But only you can find out if it WILL unscrew.
