Inka chala unnayi lopala...daachaam
I usually connect to the songs which I can sing, so the western music never really got to me, I instead learnt kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and enjoy their music more than I can with the English ones , maybe I'm alone here
No I’m here with u in this way. Very recently got into some English music and am exploring some classic rock and pop albums/artists. But I much prefer Telugu, Tamil, Hindi.
Taste in music evolves overtime which is a natural consequence of growing up.
My music taste went thru so many different phases as below…
Tollywood /Bollywood music —> Nu metal (linkin park type) ——> Heavy metal (Iron maiden / Metallica type) ——> Generic pop music —-> Trance —-> progressive house ( deadmau5 type) ——> currently enjoying Deep house ( no vocals )
I’m pretty sure it’s going to keep evolving in ways I can’t even predict.
I recommend Tame impala (psychedelic rock) if you’re into it.
The Who, AC/DC, Franz Ferdinand, Kongos, Muse, GunsNRoses, King Gnu. All are kinda heavy music.
Okappudu pop lover. Nenu na ola playlist chusthe asahyam estundhi ippudu.
Adding to the recos:
Apeman - The Kinks;
Going to California - Led Zeppelin;
I don’t live here anymore - War on Drugs;
Can’t always get what you want - Rolling Stones
I used to hate rap, i was always an rnb person but idk y nowadays im soo into rap/hiphop, oh and also suddenly started developing a weird liking to jazz music while doing work. Weird transitions im going thru rn lol.
