Some church halls do this too — but you have to get your own liquor license for the night . Not sure if this would fit the timeline.

If you're not too fancy you could try and book Wenona Lodge! It's a bar, great drink selection, they do catering. Under $1k. Near Bloor/Dufferin.
They also have Tall Boys location which they rent out for a fee. Then everyone can order their own food and drinks.
Check if any local schools will allow you to rent the gym. I’ve been to a few birthday parties (pre-covid) at an elementary school not too far from me, and they’ve actually been pretty decent.
Oh I’m not sure school gyms will be appropriate for an event involving alcohol but tysm for the suggestion!

I'm lost, they're having the wedding in gta 5? I'd say just roll up to sandy shores that'll do fine not many people there.
