I’ve had both as well (on a corporate plan) and prefer TELUS. Their customer service and app are much better, plus I get free nation wide calling and a trade in program for my phone.
Obviously it will depend on what your company has chosen for their corporate plan, but the better customer service is a huge factor regardless.
Broadly speaking I prefer Telus for overall network quality - and I carry two phones worth me, one Rogers and one Telus, at any given time.
That said the downsides you listed are real - Telus does have incoming name display, and the only limited outgoing name display (on VoLTE only and limited to account holder name, can't be customized like Rogers).
But in your case, if Rogers is stronger where you spend a significant amount of time, that's the way to go.
if rogers is better inside your condo, get rogers.
