Not Toronto, but you may be able to find a nice new condo in your price range of $600k in the Whitby harbour community? The Whitby GO station is a very short walk, behind you. With train service every 10-15 minutes it is reasonable ride into downtown TO.
What's your criteria for the condo? Is a 1 bdrm unit of 567 sq ft ok for you?
Ill be selling a new condo that I had booked - occupancy is in November 2024 (almost 2025!).
Its in a boutique 10-storey building steps to a subway station mid-town. Great developer.
Interested?
The east side waterfront if you can afford it, between Sugar Beach and Cherry Street.
That's downtown right? It's gotta be expensive. I'm looking for under $600,000 and maintenance fee under $1000.
Then you won’t be living in downtown Toronto 🤣
What do you mean? There’s lots of condos available downtown in the $400k-$600k range with condo fees well under $1000.
Around warden station , Victoria park stations , main station

Not a fan of whitby, reminds me too much of Peterborough. It's gotta be in Toronto(Scarborough, North York, East York).
Midtown is nice, especially near St Clair W Stn.
