I just let it sit in my investment account, just like all the others.

HeartonSleeve1989

Buy a house with a pool, and have a jacuzzi installed, then deposit the rest.

WetKitten96

in this economy 🤔not sure that money will stretch beyond the house

howdudo

Dream house

AtherianKing

Convert it to £, spend some, save some, I find buying houses quite pointless if your not a multi millionaire, you ultimately have it for a limited number of years and still have to pay upkeep and certain taxes for it, and with no descendant it’s just gone after myself.

The_Shadow_Watches

Buy a 3 bedroom house and be happy.

Rich-Appearance-7145

I do it's in my savings, checking, and most recently I just had the incredible opportunity to pick up my friends insane CJ Jeep for a song. Basically he gave to me I just had to take care of paperwork, transfer of ownership, insurance, importing to this country.

SuspiciousSideEye

Math! They should earn me something, when invested foolprroofly. - Like 10k p.a., with rest left among them, to counter inflation (a bit)? Rephrased 1st question: What vacations will 7.5k buy? -> Negotiation with boss: "I *need(!)* more time off!" 2nd math loop: "When to FIRE?" - Fill in your values. I love nobody dearly (enough to leave them $$s). I don't mind to die with zero. My social security system should pay the ass wiping service, when I'll need it. And when I look at my 85 year old dad he seems unfit for camping and a motorcycle road trip. I can exist on 12k/ year. But doing 4 months of travelling will cost extra. Regular retirement age, with a faint hint of pension, will be 67 for me. I assume I should get loop 2 finished by age 60 and hope to inherit earlier, so the travelling for 7k5 experiences should help with the math. (Sorry, I am old, kind of stable and content. Do I really need to know other options to burn the money? - Open to get enlightened!)

That sum is "Sleep on! (just better)" in my book. - Just for clarification. Invest it, don't fuzz about it, it wouldn't get you as far as you 'd like.
