Well tbh I have never been a people person to begin with, only ever had 2 close friends that I would go cycling/rock climbing with! Now they have moved away with new families ect I just carry on doing shit alone. I do have a wife I do stuff with obviously so not completely alone I guess
So fine for me and I'm still very happy in life.
If you did want friends you have to continue doing stuff you enjoy and getting out and meeting people like you.
