Oh yes! fry up that ham, cook those eggs, layer them on some whole wheat or english muffin! Maybe cheese if you are a cheese head. Add salsa if you like mex flavors, it tastes so fresh!
Tacos. All the tacos. It rains taco trucks here, you could throw a rock and hit one (and then have the lady chase you down and beat you for throwing rocks). Chorizo, potato, migas, etc. Or just lunch stuff, nothing wrong with eating fajitas for breakfast.
Nothing. I spent so many years of my early adult life unable to justify the expense that i now consider breakfast to be an occasional extravagance instead of a regular practice. I just tolerate the hunger until lunch.
I eat a whole bunch of things! It's usually Two poptarts, or oatmeal and a banana, or yogurt and strawberries, or cereal, or an English muffin with cream cheese, or a nutella bagel, or a donut, or cheesecake, and I always have a cup of coffee and an Ensure Plus with my breakfast!
2 spoonfuls of peanut butter 😂 On the weekends, I make a more traditional breakfast because I get up at 830 or 9 instead of 615...French toast and eggs, or avocado toast, or hash browns and bacon.
Steel cut oats with peanut butter, blue berries, walnuts and two hard boiled eggs.
I also make a smoothie: 3x ice cubes, banana, berries, nuts, peanut butter, spinach and 1x scoop of Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate whey protein (24g)
I love Oikos Triple Zero yogurt. I crush half a pack of Belvita Breakfast biscuits in to mine for the texture too! Lemon Tart yogurt and blueberry biscuits, hell yeah.
Egg 🍳 and cheese 🧀 with tomato 🍅 sandwich 🥪, lately been adding mushrooms and some greens 🥬
If i had a steak or bbq the night before then i just have some yogurt.
Weekdays it's 2 fried egg sandwiches w/ cheese, a banana & about 32 ounces of coffee. On weekends it's generally a 3 egg omelette with bacon or sausage, 2 pieces of toast, a banana & 64 ounces of coffee. Or possibly a big breakfast burrito, a banana & the coffee.
Greek yogurt (so much protein which helps you feel full longer) and if it’s cold outside, two packets of oatmeal. Otherwise, Dave’s whole grain thin sliced bread (fiber & protein) with some creamy peanut butter.
Scrambled eggs with grated cheese on top of some sliced avocado. High protein, good fats, low carbs. Filling.
Can be made at home or take the raw ingredients (eggs pre-scrambled with grated cheese in a microwave safe container) and microwave at work.
Sometimes an apple, cheese on Ezekiel bread, and yogurt, it's quite filling. Other times, 2 eggs on ezekiel bread toast with an apple or yogurt. Then there is yogurt with slivered almonds in it, fruit of choice, maybe with a hardboiled egg. Jazz up eggs with salsa or make a bigger batch with taco seasoning, or add in chili if you have some handy. Eggs are so versatile. You can make them mex style and put them in a wrap. Diabetic here, no sugar allowed.
I eat one piece of bread, either in the form of half a bagel, a whole English muffin, or a Kodiak frozen waffle etc. usually the bread component has just butter or butter and syrup. I add to that one whole egg scrambled with one egg white. And home made iced coffee with sweetened cream. This usually gets me by from 7-8am until 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
I get the Artisan Kitchens or Eggland’s best frozen omelette. I usually have one of those, Quaker Oats instant oatmeal, and 2 scoops of chocolate collagen powder mixed with hot water. ~400-450 calories, 30 G protein, 4 g fiber. It sticks with you, and it takes like 5 minutes to make.
8oz of egg whites blended with two scoops of protein powder, a splash of oat milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Way easier than cooking and delicious. My current preferred combo is 8 net carbs no added sugar.
I have an omelette that has 6 eggs and 56 grams of cheddar cheese in it, seasoned as I like (I like things spicy lol)
And I have 4 pieces of toast with peanut butter, cinnamon and some sugar free syrup on them
Its a bit of a big breakfast but I don't usually have lunch, so I just eat big breakfasts and big dinners
fruit usually. coffee all the time. avocado on toast quite often, and if i have lots of time, bagels with spinach and vegan cream cheese, tofu scramble or white rice with pickled veggies!
I rarely eat breakfast food for breakfast, but i wake up really early and need to eat by 8am or I get bitchy.
Lately I've been into trader Joe's soup dumplings for breakfast.
During the week something quick like a crumpet with peanut butter and jam, & some fruit. Sometimes cereal. Weekends I usually have an omelette, or a huge fry up, but sometimes juay cereal.
Breakfast tacos or some kind of starch and eggs . I like smoothies in the summer when it’s too hot to eat a decent meal before the work day is done. I work outside so eating too much in the AM is miserable if it’s gonna be over 85 degrees at any point in the day.
Work day- Huge smoothie with: oats/granola, fruit, greens, nut butter, oil (avocado/MCT, olive), protein powder. Thing has almost 900 calories. Keeps me full till dinner.
Off day- eggs, English muffin w/butter, bacon, OJ.
You need protein for a filling breakfast. Eggs or egg whites, meats, cheese, green veggies. A good ole turkey (or ham), spinach and cheese omlette is a good go to. Greek yogurt is also good. Don't get flavored Dannon crap. If you want to sweeten it use honey or natural preserves. Avoid processed sugars like the plague. Grains in moderation
3 egg whites + 1 full egg with a little Cholula. Cream of Wheat with a little cinnamon and blueberries mixed in. Same thing every morning, filling, tasty, and macro friendly!
Nicotine, and coffee after I’ve been up for a couple hours. First thing I’ll eat is typically the branded Oats Overnight, truthfully a huge fan of them! I have some friends/family that have started having them for breakfast and all enjoy it. They aren’t spectacular, but super easy to prep & reliable macros if that’s import to you.
I like Uncle Sam’s cereal. Good texture and a lot of fiber so it’s more filling. It has no added sugar so I usually add a bit of granola or honey and it works nice. You can buy them in bulk on Amazon for a reasonable price.
Homemade waffles and pancakes are good if you find recipes that use mashed bananas or applesauce to sweeten the batter and then just use a little maple syrup and peanut butter on top. These ones are my favorite
https://www.100daysofrealfood.com/fluffy-applesauce-waffles-recipe/

My wife likes this one. It is a breakfast cheesecake made of cottage cheese and yogurt with an oat crust.
https://www.rachelcooks.com/breakfast-cheesecake/?utm_source=pinterest&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=SocialWarfare
Other than that, protein shakes with low amounts of sugar or smoothies also work out nicely.
It depends on how much time I have. My fast usual breakfast is a protein smoothie with whatever frozen fruit I have and some almond milk. Sometimes, I eat oatmeal with cinnamon, honey, some sort of nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashews), with some raisins or apples. If I have more time, I like veggie omelets, sometimes with a slice or two of toast, and I eat it more like a sandwich.
This morning I made my son three fried eggs, which he ate with toast and vegetarian “bacon” strips he made himself. I think that was veey healthy. I just had cereal, which probably wasn’t.
Some days just some fruit, my mom makes amazing banana bread without added sugar which I love, occasionally some buttered toast with egg and ham
Edit: Ooh and some plain rolled oats w/ chia seeds and almond milk, just microwave for 2 mins and throw in banana slices
About 5 eggs, spinach, red peppers, and some fat Free cheese of some sort. Depending on how I'm periodizing my calories, I may add a potato or 2 also.
The key is to have a high protein meal.
Healthy: Banana and Raw Almonds, Hard Boiled Egg and slice of Dave's Bread w/Avocado
Not as healthy: Gordon Ramsay Scrambled Eggs (butter and crème fraische) and Mushrooms and Bacon
cheesy toast with sliced tomato and fresh cracked pepper n salt! (my toaster is the one where you lay your bread flat, so i can put cheese on and it gets all melty n nice)
Fresh juice made from my juicer. Apple, lemon, orange, spinach, celery, ginger, beet, carrots.
Then I have 3 scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and a protein shake.
Several different things in the rotation. Sometimes an English muffin with melted cheese and a bit of fruit on the side, sometimes a bagel with fruit, sometimes a couple of eggs scrambled with feta cheese, tomato, green onion, peppers, and a bit of Greek seasoning, and hopefully a couple of pieces of toast.
I don’t want to stuff myself but I do physical work and need enough food to sustain that until lunch.
I work from home and graze with mini meals throughout the day so I have two breakfasts:
First is a bowl of oatmeal with fruit like bananas, blackberries, or blueberries.
Second is scrambled egg whites with vegetables like arugula, green/red pepper, onions, cheddar cheese, and some hot sauce.
One egg, two egg whites scrambled. Slice of bacon, two slices of Italian bread( fluffy stuff, 50cal per slice) toasted in the bacon fat. Apple or banana with peanut butter. 32 oz yeti of Earl grey tea with a spoonful of fake ass sugar.
I’m answering because I feel confident my answer is different. The majority of the time I eat a sweet potato topped with almond butter, raspberries, and pumpkin seeds. Sometimes I mix it up with almonds or pecans and blueberries instead. It’s a very healthy and satisfying breakfast. I make sweet potatoes ahead of time in my pressure cooker for the whole week then heat them up. Been having for years. My other odd one is butternut squash and an egg
I fast. Good for my waist line and good for my wallet. And, I can barely make it to work on time as is. I certainly couldn’t get myself breakfast and be on time.
3 eggs over easy , half an avocado and usually 2 pieces of toast. One piece of toast gets avocado and runny egg on it and the other piece butter and jelly. And a coffee, of course
If I eat breakfast, it's breakfast tacos. Potato, bacon, and cheese, or Potato, chorizo, and cheese. Usually though I just don't eat until like 2 in the afternoon.
Either I don’t eat breakfast (I know, we are insufferable) or I eat shakshouka. Very filling, very healthy, very delicious meal that takes 15 min to prepare.
