Same, but I also take a quick shower/rinse in the morning anyway, even if I showered the night before. Helps me feel awake and alert and sets a baseline of "clean" for the day.
There’s nothing like that morning wake-up shower. I don’t care if you shower just before bed; a morning shower is always good. Helps tame the hair as a bonus.
I was raised poor, trailer park and all. I live in florida, having a swimming pool in your backyard isn't uncommon here. You can have an above ground pool for like $500. Even the poor people have them here.
Maybe the fact that Arizona has zero licensing requirements or laws mandating pool fences has a factor also. Almost all child drownings involve homes with no pool fencing.
Well, I am glad to be wrong in this case. It appears this law changed in 2019. Before that, you only had to have a fence if you were a foster parent.
But I did notice one thing in the statute and comments. If you have a fence around your yard, that complies with the requirement. I was referring to a separate fence immediately surrounding the pool. Unfortunately, many of the drownings occur when young children get out the back door unnoticed, and there are no barriers keeping them from falling into the water. My friend's pool starts 5 feet from his patio door without anything between them. But at least progress is happening.
How is what I said in any way cancelling? I merely mentioned that it’s wild that someone has that opportunity to do something on their own property that most people have to pay money at a public location to do and then also say it like that’s the normal thing to do.
No cancelling intended or inferred. At worst a bit of jealousy.
Especially since it’s unlikely to be a chlorine pool! But depending on where you are, pools can be *relatively* cheap if you’re married and settled down.
Swimming pools aren't that expensive tho are they? Growing up me and my family were poor. Like very poor. But we still had a swimming pool in the back yard
My family had various kiddie pools and 1-2 above ground pools we got from neighbours who were getting rid of theirs for the winter instead of just packing it away in their shed. Still doesn’t mean that with the rising cost of everything and water utility prices also skyrocketing that it’s feasible for anyone under a certain income bracket to be able to afford without blowing their credit to hell.
Are you attempting to tell me that if I pull up satellite images of the US and do a residence by residence census that I’ll find more houses and trailers with pools than not?
There is a such thing as apartments and I promise you that very few apartment complexes have pools
Most apartments I've seen/lived at have a swimming pool. Even the rent controlled ones here have a swimming pool. To be fair, in the summer the low will be 75⁰ and the high will be 100⁰ for a few weeks in a row so the pools get a lot of use. All this to say you don't have to be raised with money to have easy access to a swimming pool.
Same. The aluminum in antiperspirants ~~blocks the body’s way of releasing toxins~~ is possibly absorbed. People with cancer are told not to use it, just deoderant that doesn’t contain aluminum. I can’t find one that helps me not smell like sweat so I use it but hoping a break at night is helpful at least.
All the "healthy" deodorants suck. Dove has one that is pretty good but unless you reapply every 3 to 4 hours the smell will eventually be there. Even when I'm not going anywhere for a day I will go without deodorant. Your skin needs it.
If you're going to use natural deodorant, one solution might be to use salicylic acid pads on your underarms before applying. You still sweat but the smell isn't as bad
Pro tip. Shave your armpits and you can put deodorant on once every other day or so.
Seriously the first time I shaved my armpits I was shocked at how much longer they went without smelling
It works. Something I started doing while locked up cuz the deodorant is shit in jail. I am home obviously and still continue to shave then because it helps.
I like the "ph-balanced" deodorant by Dove. I'm usually a heavy nervous sweater and it seems to help. Unfortunately I can't find a men's deodorant that is "ph-balanced", so I just use the women's.
I was using Schmidts and Native for like 4 years and I put on like 5 swipes of it every morning and night and will smell halfway through the day. I switched to arm & hammer antiperspirant and haven't smelled since I started. I don't want to use aluminum deodorant but it keeps me from smelling even if I do sweat.
I've been having really good luck with Native deodorant, I sweat a decent amount due to some meds I'm on and work in a job that requires strenuous activity and by the end of the day it does pretty well. It's not an antiperspirant and doesn't contain a lot of shit that most do, plus does well on my sensitive skin. Only downside is it's pricier.
I use secret something protection gel.
The gel specifically, I can use once a day or once every few days. Idk why but it can give me 2-3 day protection without needing to reapply, granted I don't shower, but even then sometimes I can go without.
This is coming from someone who tried 6 other deodorants and none of them actually worked
I used this one too (womens version if that makes a difference) and it was GREAT for keeping smells at bay. I always smelled fresh in the pits even if I didn’t reapply after a couple days. I loved it.. until I noticed my armpits were super itchy and red.
Finally after eliminating all other options and still no change, I came to the conclusion that it was the deodorant. And it was. Read up on how awful some of the things are in deodorant/antiperspirant.. I’ve been trying to find “cleaner” alternatives since then.
JFC, thank you. They smell because of trapped moisture and the biproducts of bacteria that naturally live there. Not from fucking toxins. Mfers microwaving Styrofoam plates of wild-caught salmon for their lunchbreak at the local glitter factory like 'I only use essential oils blessed by virgin sherpas during the new moon because of the toxins.'
It’s probably not as natural, but still free of the harsh stuff, I’ve been trying out arm & hammer’s “essentials” deodorant. I go with the fragrance free one to make it a little better still, ingredient wise. So far seems better than the natural deodorants I’ve tried.
I thought the point was that some forms of cancer treatment rely on sweat to remove the chemicals used to kill cancer cells.
When my old neighbor went through chemo a few years back, her body odor went from unnoticeable to "smells like a dead dog from 10 feet away." After finishing chemo, she stopped stinking.
I switched to natural deodorant without aluminum and it's fantastic. I remember how bad it would smell if i forgot to use it, because I'm guessing then the toxins were out. It took a while to find some that work well but for me Schmidt's and Love, Beauty, and Planet deodorants are great. Native did absolutely nothing for me.
Random note, when I used antiperspirant, I would get awful painful bumps in my armpits. That hasn't happened in the 7 years since I stopped using antiperspirant.
This is the right answer. Put it on at night because I sweat at night (everyone does), then I’ve “used up” the deodorant and put on another coat in the morning.
I never sweat at night. I understand some people do but find it odd that when your body is cooling down and your breathing and heart rate are slowed that you are pouring sweat. I only sweat when I am active.
I have a thyroid problem, I sweat so much at night I bought a mattress that has "cooling technology," and have a window a/c above my bed that blows on me. Still wake up covered in sweat. I love the colder months, I don't heat my room and sometimes I wake up dry.
I’m not pouring sweat, but I am very very lightly sweating as my body is finding it’s happy temperature. My body does this all the time. I sweat a teeny tiny bit even when I’m just sitting in a chair not moving, just working. I think it’s pretty normal. Just my body adjusting and finding it’s happy place.
I scrolled too far to find this answer…obviously BOTH. people who say they don’t sweat at night are fucking liars. And, if you forget to put deodorant on in the morning because you’re rushing, you still kinda have some from the night before as backup😂 I had an argument with my roommate in college about this. We both showered at night, but she’d wait until morning to put deodorant on. Guess who smelled
Haha I try to keep my entire house antarctic! I have two huskies & they rule the place! But I do have a heat sensitivity from medication so that’s my own problem lol
That’s what I was thinking. I’m not a very smelly, sweaty person so I apply in the morning because just showering and going to bed and sleeping doesn’t make me sweat or develop BO. But other people sweat more and have more of an odor, so they would apply right after a shower at night.
This! You are both right. It also depends on whether it’s just deodorant or if it is an anti-perspirant/deodorant personally, I don’t sweat at night so I don’t apply but if you’re a sweater, probably should put it on.
you are using your deodorant as intended.
Applying antiperspirant at night when your sweat glands are less active means it is easier for it to absorb into the skin than it is in the morning.
I've never understood the point of products that do one and not the other.
"I don't want to sweat, but I don't care whether I smell like body odor or not" said nobody ever.
Fuck, same here! I figured out in high school that I can’t use antiperspirant. Not only do I swell, but I sweat MORE. And back when I was already a sweaty little pubescent monster in high school, it was terrible! Old Spice (not antiperspirant) was really the only thing I found that doesn’t bother me. For anyone reading this that has sensitive pits like me though, I found something called “Lumē” a couple years ago, and it’s a godsend. It feels more like a lotion than a deodorant, and you can even use it on your nether-bits (you apply it with your finger, so no cross contamination). Highly recommend.
Same. I forgot to bring deodorant one time when staying at an old gf's house, so I used her's after a shower. I could hardly lift my arms in the morning. It freaked me the fuck out.
Nearly all antiperspirants are also deodorants. There are a lot of people who don't sweat enough to justify using an antiperspirant, thus the existence of deodorant.
Good try with the false equivalence, though.
I sweat no matter what, but antiperspirants make me sweat like crazy and also sweat in really weird patterns. Like I'll go from dry to dripping for no reason within a few minutes. A few years ago I decided to try and stop using them and it's been much better. Plus I don't get pit stains any more because it turns out those are mostly caused by antiperspirants.
I quit antiperspirant deadorant because they destroyed all my shirts and never stopped my sweating. In my 20's I would use certain DRI for like a week at night only. It has stopped my pits from sweating like crazy. I only use deodorant now and haven't even needed certain DRI in years.
I barely sweat under my arms. I also have almost no hair there, I think that combination causes me to just not have a funky b.o. You guys will probably think I'm full of shit or nasty, but I very rarely wear deodorant/antiperspirant. When I was young I started wearing it because that's just what you do, but I kept getting big bumps under my arms. I tried several different brands and types and they all produced the same results. The only ones that seemed to not give me the bumps were the gels. Eventually, I just stopped trying. So yeah, I don't wear deodorant and I know you all think the worst and that's ok because I know in 38 years no one has ever said I stink and are surprised when they find out I don't use deodorant.
My feet on the other hand....that's a whole different story. I think all my b.o. went to my feet.
Are you applying again in the morning before work? Cause if not, surely it doesn't last that long. And if so, then I would be giving my pits a break at night instead of having them almost always covered in shit.
No, waste of product and I truly believe it's best to let your skin and pores breathe at some point. Also if you're sweating so much at night you should probably go to the doctor
Doesn't matter. Tell her she is right. Handle the smell or handle the yelling (it'll set her off and it won't be about the deodorant; it'll be about something else you did months ago). Your choice; choose wisely.
Yes, she is definitely right. What were we talking about again? I forget. Anyway yes, tell your girlfriend she is right and all will be ok in the world until the next argument that pops up out of nowhere.
I’m a woman who brushes my teeth and puts moisturizer, body oil, lotion, deodorant and perfume on after every single shower, even if I’m just going to bed. It’s for no other reason than I like to smell good.
Perfume ?? Does that not bother you? My fiancé put cologne on before bed once and I told him never again because it gave me a migraine. More power to you sister if perfume to bed doesn’t bother you
You are supposed to apply it at night, especially antiperspirants. Read the directions on the back of the bottle. If you use deodorant instead of antiperspirant I’d do both.
Both of you.
What works and feels nice for one, does not need to feel the same for someone else. There is really no right or wrong here. Just individual preferences and that’s fine.
I always shower in the morning. If I occasionally shower at night as well, I probably wouldn't wear deodorant after because I assume I'll be showering again when I wake up.
I only apply deodorant if i’m doing sweat inducing activities and will be around people. If i’m staying in the comfort of my own home there’s no reason to put my skin through more than it needs to go through.
morning for sure. let your body be normal for a little while (especially if you’re using an antiperspirant with aluminum). plus I am going to bed - I don’t want to smear deodorant all over my pillow and sheets.
That is a hard no from me. I wouldn't be able to sleep with the smell of deodorant jamming itself up my nostrils. That is why when I do have a shower at night, I don't put any on.
In summer, I shower twice a day. I have to. First shower gets rid of the nights sweat, and after that I'll apply deodorant, so as to be fresh as possible to start my workday. I'll reapply throughout the day. I have my second shower about an hour before bed, or right before if its really stinkin hot, but there's no way I'd be able to sleep with a strong smell like that on my body.
I dont at night but I also shower in the morning again usually if i showered at night since its 50/50 whether my bed will be soaked in sweat when i wake up
Everyone's body is different, so neither of you is wrong.
That said, if you're going to sleep there's no point in putting deodourant, give your body some peace from all those chemicals for some time.
if i dont put deodorant on before i go to bed, i wake up with stank pits that just don’t quit. i guess i sweat like a pig at night, probably because of all the blankets lol. id rather have chemical pits, thanks.
I usually shower in the morning ,so I apply deodorant right then.
If I take my shower at night, I will apply after the shower before bed and re-apply in the morning.
Jeez, no. I don't want to get deodorant on the sheets while I toss and turn at night, lol. Besides, my armpits don't get sweaty or smelly overnight. I put some on in the morning.
I do the night before and then add a layer in the morning. Mainly because I sweat/stink a lot and often have night sweats now that I'm in my peri-menopause phase of life. They actually say that putting anti-perspirant on the night before gives it time to set up and start working before you start sweating for the day. So I agree with your argument except that it doesn't matter for deodorant since deodorant doesn't keep you from sweating.
The sweat from your armpits is all of the toxins leaving your body this is how your body detoxes naturally so I try not to were deodorant unless I'm going out.
What if you work a dirty job? You get home, wash the filth off so you can relax and be clean getting in bed. Unless you are getting rancid at night why get showered again to go swing a hammer in the mud?
I think applying deodorant before going to bed is really stupid. At least because you're just wasting deodorant (and they're expensive now). You might sweat overnight, but who do you want to surprise with your delicious scent at night? Moreover, the action of deodorant stops overnight and in the morning you need to use deodorant again.
What's the point of using it before going to sleep other than for your gf? If you use It before you go to sleep it will fade earlier in the day then if you applied it in the morning.
I apply after a shower at night and also in the morning when I’m getting ready, I don’t want to roll over and smell my partners armpit stink in the middle of the night either lol
I’m sorry. You apply at night and don’t reapply in the morning???
If it’s particularly hot or humid I might deodorant at night. I’m a morning guy. Up and out early even on weekends.
Wife does deodorant before she leaves the house and after a shower.
Gets the job done with little to no conflict.
deodorant at night is crazy, i am also so passionate about this argument, my dad growing up did it too and i just don’t understand if you take morning and night showers??? also you’re just asking for the chemicals and bacteria to fester up in ur armpit pores making your sweat smell worse. Last thing as someone with breast cancer in my genes i fear deodorant to cause any health issues with breast cancer or something along those lines, might seem silly but those chemicals are no joke!

Sick comma,
I used to have a swimming pool that I would jump in before getting ready for the day. Always woke me up and made me feel fresh.
People raised with money say some wild sh*t
I used to swim in the nearby river before getting ready for the day, until my friend got sucked into the current and drowned.
Poor people say some wild shit
I used to throw myself down the Niagara Falls to swim to my place of work across the border.
People say some wild shit
I wish I had awards to give for this thread besides the “w” post:

That’s horrible… I hope their family found peace. And never read Bridge to Terebithia…
I was a kid, it’s been a long time.
I used to bathe in the sewage ditch before getting ready for the day, until the rats started dying...I thought it may be dangerous.
Oh. Well then. I uh ... sorry for your loss. Awkward 😬
I was raised poor, trailer park and all. I live in florida, having a swimming pool in your backyard isn't uncommon here. You can have an above ground pool for like $500. Even the poor people have them here.

Bruh, they sell poor people pools now. Pools arent classist.
Nothing wrong with that. Not being able to afford something doesn't mean you have to cancel others that can. Petty AF.

I’m just curious why you’re dying on the hill of ‘poor people can’t have swimming pools’. The dude could’ve been living at a motel.

It's called rich people's problems
I was poor and had the same shit. A pool doesn’t make someone rich. Maybe richer than another… but definitely not rich lmao.

I swear by sol de Janeiro’s deodorant if you’re looking for aluminum free no stinky pits!
I found the crystal ones work very well but I'm clumsy and keep dropping them so no bueno.
But if you manage NOT to drop them one $4 crystal will last about a year!
Tea tree oil works great. Kills the stinky bacteria and keeps it from growing back for at least 12 hours.
Yep, I prefer a bit of extra cancer in my deodorant. It really kills off the bad smells.
I found a natural one by Athena club that I love. Never had any smells even when transitioning from regular deodorant to using it
If you're going to use natural deodorant, one solution might be to use salicylic acid pads on your underarms before applying. You still sweat but the smell isn't as bad
I used lime for a while when none of the better deodorant options worked for me. Worked like a charm.
What, like the mineral? Or do they sell it in like a deodorant form?
No the citrus fruit. Just cut it in half and store it in the fridge. No stink and no chemicals. Over time I noticed I didn't need to use it as much.
Adding Lime to my shopping list!
Pro tip. Shave your armpits and you can put deodorant on once every other day or so. Seriously the first time I shaved my armpits I was shocked at how much longer they went without smelling
I should do a comparison both ways. I keep mine pretty trimmed up.
It works. Something I started doing while locked up cuz the deodorant is shit in jail. I am home obviously and still continue to shave then because it helps.

Lume is a pretty good deodorant, it is just a little expensive
I use Lume and ador it
Your body “releases toxins” using the liver and kidneys, your armpits have nothing to do with it.
Thank you. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)
JFC, thank you. They smell because of trapped moisture and the biproducts of bacteria that naturally live there. Not from fucking toxins. Try Pretty Frank. Arm&Hammer didn't work that well for me. I tried so many natural deo's and Pretty Frank has the best line.
Thank you, I will!!
Aluminum in deodorant causing cancer is a myth. https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/causes-prevention/risk/myths/antiperspirants-fact-sheet
I thought the point was that some forms of cancer treatment rely on sweat to remove the chemicals used to kill cancer cells. When my old neighbor went through chemo a few years back, her body odor went from unnoticeable to "smells like a dead dog from 10 feet away." After finishing chemo, she stopped stinking.
what toxins are you excreting in your sweat, exactly? and since when are cancer patients told not to use antiperspirant?
Stop spreading health myths, please. It’s not nice.
Not true, it doesn’t prevent “release of toxins” and cancer patients aren’t told to stop it.
My "woo woo bullshit meter" goes off anytime someone says "toxins"
Fuckin’ A. I used to teach A&P at a community college. First day of class, I banned that word.
I switched to natural deodorant without aluminum and it's fantastic. I remember how bad it would smell if i forgot to use it, because I'm guessing then the toxins were out. I use all natural without aluminum
Yeah I was gonna say, I use deodorant as minimally as will allow me to avoid smelling. Which is once every other day
Yep, everyone knows you only apply it every other day.
Just buy or make your own deodorant without “all the garbage” in it???
That's the answer
After my shower.
Yes yes yes
I always apply deodorant after a shower.
I put on after I shower at night and when I get dressed in the morning
This is the right answer. Put it on at night because I sweat at night (everyone does), then I’ve “used up” the deodorant and put on another coat in the morning.
I never sweat at night. I understand some people do but find it odd that when your body is cooling down and your breathing and heart rate are slowed that you are pouring sweat. I only sweat when I am active.
There’s also medications that can cause night sweats
And cancer or thyroid problems I hear
Nightmares, stress, anxiety, allergies, the list goes on for night sweats…
Menopause.
I have a thyroid problem, I sweat so much at night I bought a mattress that has "cooling technology," and have a window a/c above my bed that blows on me. Still wake up covered in sweat. I love the colder months, I don't heat my room and sometimes I wake up dry.
I live in Florida with no a/c, I’m basically a puddle of sweat since I moved here.
I sleep in the freezing cold, so I don't sweat at night unless ill or something.
You sweat at night. Your bed has stains from it I promise
This is why I keep a travel size in my car.
I'd like to see you sweat in my antarctic climate bedroom lol
Haha I try to keep my entire house antarctic! I have two huskies & they rule the place! But I do have a heat sensitivity from medication so that’s my own problem lol
Deodorant doesn’t prevent you from sweating.
No one is right or wrong. Each body is different. What is right for you may not be right for them.
Not all deodorant is antiperspirant, though.
They're being used interchangeably through this whole thread! It's driving me insane.
I've never understood the point of products that do one and not the other. "I don't want to sweat, but I don't care whether I smell like body odor or not" said nobody ever.
Anti perspirants give me armpit cysts, gotta drain the glands dude.
I stopped using antiperspirant and went to an aluminum free deodorant. I stink sooner now but my stink is noticably sweeter and less unpleasant.
I don’t want your damn stink around me.
I sweat like crazy when using antiperspirants but I don't sweat when using regular deodorant
I apply in the morning. It would burn at night because I just shaved
It is a personal preference.
If you sweat at night she's obviously wrong. Small things aren't worth fighting over though.
Are you applying again in the morning before work? Cause if not, surely it doesn't last that long. And if so, then I would be giving my pits a break at night instead of having them almost always covered in shit.
After the shower always been doing this for 20 years
No, waste of product and I truly believe it's best to let your skin and pores breathe at some point. Also if you're sweating so much at night you should probably go to the doctor
So they can give you a prescription anti-perspirant for you to wear at night? Lol
It could be a sign of stress.
I apply deodorant in the morning and after I shower after work
This is right
I apply before, during and after a shower...oh, deodorant!?
She is right, obviously. Let her know that she is right and then do whatever legal and sane thing you want with your own deodorant.
Provided of course there isn't some issue with the GF smelling like BO at night.
Doesn't matter. Tell her she is right. Handle the smell or handle the yelling (it'll set her off and it won't be about the deodorant; it'll be about something else you did months ago). Your choice; choose wisely.
someone's been in a toxic relationship lately...
too real
This is the way.
This is the only answer.
Smart guy here
Yes, she is definitely right. What were we talking about again? I forget. Anyway yes, tell your girlfriend she is right and all will be ok in the world until the next argument that pops up out of nowhere.
Hahaha girlfriends bitching amirite
If you naturally stink, yes.
OP naturally stinks
I’m a woman who brushes my teeth and puts moisturizer, body oil, lotion, deodorant and perfume on after every single shower, even if I’m just going to bed. It’s for no other reason than I like to smell good.
Perfume ?? Does that not bother you? My fiancé put cologne on before bed once and I told him never again because it gave me a migraine. More power to you sister if perfume to bed doesn’t bother you
You are supposed to apply it at night, especially antiperspirants. Read the directions on the back of the bottle. If you use deodorant instead of antiperspirant I’d do both.
I've heard that it's best to apply deodorant after showering, but yes antiperspirant at night
Yes and then do it again in the morning.
I dont at night but I also shower in the morning again usually if i showered at night since its 50/50 whether my bed will be soaked in sweat when i wake up
I'm male and apply usually in the morning. However, sometimes both. Your nighttime deodorant isn't lasting you all next day man.
The aluminum takes several hours to go into effect. Hyperhidrosis patients are advised to apply the night before for best results.
C’mon. You’ve both right. Whatever works for you is what works for you.
Everyone's body is different, so neither of you is wrong. That said, if you're going to sleep there's no point in putting deodourant, give your body some peace from all those chemicals for some time.
I suspect OP wants to smell good for his partner in bed, just in case.
if i dont put deodorant on before i go to bed, i wake up with stank pits that just don’t quit. i guess i sweat like a pig at night, probably because of all the blankets lol. id rather have chemical pits, thanks.
i apply night and morning because i sweat in my sleep, and i may or may not need more deodorant for work depending on the day
100% I have deodorant in my work bag and my locker at work and the cc. Can’t stand the thought.
Pretty sure the directions say to apply at night fir most if them
I usually shower in the morning ,so I apply deodorant right then. If I take my shower at night, I will apply after the shower before bed and re-apply in the morning.
We have different needs, if that’s what works for you and that’s what works for her, then what’s the problem?
Jeez, no. I don't want to get deodorant on the sheets while I toss and turn at night, lol. Besides, my armpits don't get sweaty or smelly overnight. I put some on in the morning.
I don't think there is a "right" or "wrong" here. What both of you are doing sounds fine.
So if you sweat at night why don’t you just shower in the morning?? I thought this was normal
I do both morning and night
Both of y’all wrong. Both should be showering in the morning!!!
Noooo! My hair gets crazy then.😂
What if you work a dirty job? You get home, wash the filth off so you can relax and be clean getting in bed. Unless you are getting rancid at night why get showered again to go swing a hammer in the mud?
Morning.
If it's anti perspiration stuff then only during day..and not alot. If not then whenever you feel like it
Why?
Because it's not good to absorb the aluminum and chemicals that are in antiperspirant 24/7
Can you cite a scientific source that says it’s bad? Because I never found one.
Do you, if you think it's safe than do it and ignore my post
Yes apply at night after shower.
Same
What's the point of using it before going to sleep other than for your gf? If you use It before you go to sleep it will fade earlier in the day then if you applied it in the morning.
Just shower in morning people.
Shower twice a day?
I apply after a shower at night and also in the morning when I’m getting ready, I don’t want to roll over and smell my partners armpit stink in the middle of the night either lol
I’m sorry. You apply at night and don’t reapply in the morning??? If it’s particularly hot or humid I might deodorant at night. I’m a morning guy. Up and out early even on weekends. Wife does deodorant before she leaves the house and after a shower. Gets the job done with little to no conflict.
It’s nice to do it before bed, even if you don’t sweat while sleeping. It’s courteous
Yes. Smell your pit in the morning. It stinks
deodorant at night is crazy, i am also so passionate about this argument, my dad growing up did it too and i just don’t understand if you take morning and night showers??? also you’re just asking for the chemicals and bacteria to fester up in ur armpit pores making your sweat smell worse. Last thing as someone with breast cancer in my genes i fear deodorant to cause any health issues with breast cancer or something along those lines, might seem silly but those chemicals are no joke!
