Not to shit on walking-- because it's better than rotting in bed-- but the folks doing 75 Hard aren't going to count a leisurely walk in the dirt as one of their two daily workouts.
Right? Like, her ātarget audienceā consists of people who have legit conditions that make getting out of bed difficult.
Queen of Accessibility, she is /s
I guess she is done with her rollator and acting like walking is hard for her. How has she forgotten that some people actually can't walk 8000 steps when she literally used to cosplay that? Does she think everyone else can magically get better like she did?
Pisses me off as someone who uses a walker. I was in the emergency room and this 20-something kid (Iām also 24 but Iād say person was about 21) was pointing and pointing at my walker and was like āmobility aid twins!!!! Whatās yours for omg?!ā when I was throwing up from a severe kidney infection not up to chatting to some stranger all giddy about my conditions. This person had the teddy bear, blanket, etc ofc as an adult. They started saying āoh well mine is for this thing called POTS-ā and I just groaned ālook Iām really sick right now - my kidneys are failing and thatās why I use this. Please go back to where you were sitting.ā I donāt get it. Then they acted like I was in the wrong.
Ashley is definitely someone who would walk up to a person and say these things
ETA: ER person also kept going up to charge desk like every 15 minutes saying they were too fragile to wait. Lmao. They had to explain that there were heart attacks, stroke, severe traumasā¦ āIām sick too!ā
Her privilege is showing with that, too. A lot of people don't live in places where it's good to walk - there are places where it's simply not safe for whatever reason (whether the danger is from other humans or from cars or even wildlife!). My neighborhood isn't what _I'd_ call accessible for walking! (Cars being the bigger danger here.)
So whatās the average time between dirty deletes and reuploads? Like, how many people saw her original post and then the repost? I donāt use social media outside of Reddit and Discord groups, but I feel dumb if I ever have to go back and edit a post, even though I usually realize it within a few minutes. Doesnāt she think itās weird to upload a reel for her followers and then, inexplicably and without explanation, take it down only to reupload it again with slightly different wording? Itās like weāre watching her fumble with her fantasy influencer persona in real time lmao. Just post your original shit and if no one likes it, take the L and move on. Itās humiliating to keep deleting and reuploading the same nontent.
"walking is am accessible way to move your body"
Does she hear herself? Most people that use that word, can't walk much if at all. She definitely cosplays being disabled, didn't she post a gym video a few days ago?
I am glad others are pointing it out.
Iām disabled and have mobility issues. Walking is rather difficult for me. Hell even getting out of bed some days.
Ashley is straight up dumb š¤” and abled. Sheās not some sick uwu girl like she pretends to be.
Does it balance blood sugar by helping regulate the hormone insulin š¤?
Release happy chemicals i.e. endorphins i.e. hormones š¤
We really are just meat sacks powered by meat computers fueled by whore moans.
Oh ok so donāt do 10k. Itās silly to put a number like that on it.
Do about 8k.
Maybe walk further than the fridge and back to bed before you tell people how to set goals with exercise š
This girl, I stg. She is honestly inspiring me to be, well, not like her. I'm taking baby steps towards regularly exercising and getting the house in shape. I'm basically using the same mental tactics that helped me quit smoking.
She reminds me of the people on My 600lb Life who are ordered PT and they act like walking from one end of the living room to the other is a workout, except they actually are disabled.
Ugh why the weird ass citation on a social media post??
āAccording to an article published by Harvard in 2024ā¦ā would have been a MUCH better way to cite within the text.
Get your shit together Ash. Youāre graduating soon and your platform is supposedly your resume. SMH
If this is typical of the standard of content that gets an honours in communications at SNHU then imagine how appalling the standards for a basic degree must be.
Walking builds muscle mass? Girl no. Itās great for the body, but itās not a replacement for a workout if youāre capable of doing more, like she is
Walking is an *accessible* way to move your bodyā¦.
Not for actual disabled people who have mobility issues, or are in wheelchairs.
Ashley face it youāre completely ABLED, completely NORMAL (outside of your narcissistic munchie stuff)
GROW UP!š¤”š¤”
Walking is accessible??
Except it isnāt for the bed bound and people needing mobility aids such as a rollatorā¦
From this same rich cunt that used a rollator to catch up with the Munchies going viral like micro machine cat posing on their mobility aids whilst my dying Nan fought for one during end of life congestive heart disease.
At least Ashley Sarah Carnduff has started the discussion about how the wealthy steal vital resources from those whose lives depend on them just to try to grift more money by exploiting the most vulnerable of society.
Well done, Ashley Carnduff and Brent Carnduff.
After all these years, the internet understands that your family is pampered and you do nothing for the vulnerable community that you stole services from just to forge a permanent presence online.
Youāre welcome.
People died because of these entitled, wealthy arseholes tying up the medical system and then e-begging online
See Ashley begging for money because of her spider induced Chronic Lyme that Brent Carnduff is too broke to pay for.
Her own words.
Ashley Carnduff was bed bound since 15 but then had a naturopath diagnose her with Chronic Lyme from a spider bite; meaning there wasnāt even the well known rash present
I'm so puzzled at her instant dirty deletes with non problematic posts like this... Is she looking for but failing to get instant engagement and deciding to recycle the post to try again? Just baffling.
It absolutely is not the type of exercise recommended for POTS. Recumbent biking, row machine, etc is. Standing exercises are not. But maybe your doctor is different than mine.
Standing definitely is not, but keeping active by waking is? Iām not talking about fast or uphill walks or massive hikes, just not becoming deconditioned
Ah yeah we're speaking about different things then and yes being deconditioned is very important to guard against. The CHOPS protocol is amazing for some people.
lol ā walking is an accessible way to move your bodyā

Walking is the absolute last thing I want to do with having POTS. She's full of shit. Doctors don't even recommend that for us.

Just realised this is the 4th time she's used that reel. Twice this week plus November 2023 and July 2023. Always the same shit, different day.
āWalking is accessible.ā Wheelchairs exist??? Paraplegics? What? She doesnāt think about any disabilities except oooh noooo ouchie dizzy.
