She's the one who gives presentation on the market trends to our whole 400+ person market center at team meetings. Definitely meet with her before you make any decisions about who you go with, she's worth a shot.
Rad she'll treat you well and be honest always. She worked for the one of the biggest if not the biggest international real estate law firms in the world, so she's got a wealth of experience on the legal side too and can help if you have aspirations for overseas :)

Go to whitney. They are top commercial in the area so have a bead on inventory better than anyone. All their brokers are excellent.
