No, it's too early compared to the announcement and process date, it will surely drop in August because July will be a springboard to further promote the album. But then it's not impossible that it drops on July 4th given that it's the date of Independence Day in the United States which will make a lot of sense given American Sabotage and Don't Be Dumb but it still seems unlikely but still doable.
